Hillclimb & MP

It's not unknown that Dirt Rally is having quite some success since it has been released (personal note: it's about time that Codemasters got rid of the Block crap and his Gymkana: well done). Consequently, all of a sudden I have a renovated interest in the hillclimb class that has been so far untouched (as my account stats say).
Curently we have leader boards and challenges for the hillclimb, but we don't have a proper MP lobby for that... Is it something you'd like to have among the servers? (assuming setting up a sequence launch for each car that joins the lobby would not be that complicated).

 

RallyCross would be the bee's knees.

 

Seems like it'd be hard to pass. Are hill climbs not usually timed events? I only know what i know from watching "Chasing Classic Cars" lol

Sure. A no qualify, random grid, rolling wreckfest at lakeview would be fun. Call it Lakeview Death Race

 

I think it would be for times.
But it would be nice though, if it was possible to battle head to head against one other player or AI on the hill climb tracks!
Could be two races so both will start as 1 st and 2 nd.

In Race07 Hillclimb Racing was pretty cool online. You and your friends joined the Server. Everyone is seeing the opponents as a ghost.
Server with 30 min. Quali and BÄM!
Who is the fastest up the hill?

 

First of all we need LOADS more hillclimb tracks and cars. Bearing in mind that Raceroom is owned by KW I can't quite believe there isn't a KW Hillclimb Cup bundle by now.

 

I would prefer a real competition mode with Hillclimb. Means opponents start one after another and you can follow each run until its your term.
I know it (racing with ghosts) from CMR and find it simply meh! If there will be a Rallycross Mode on special stages and tracks- ok. But ghostracing with Hillclimb or Rally ? Nah... - for that we have still your brilliant Roadcourses and Racing Series.

 

Don't we already have a hill climb competition called "the leaderboard"? Just sayin'. Don't throw tomatoes please....

 

This sounds awesome. watch others race for a minute or two. when your turn comes, you know you have some spectators. Implement keys for cheering , cow bell, and boos.

Did sector 3 implement more hours in a day? Cause I would pay for that

I'd like to try out hillclimb. I wish we were allowed to test out the hillclimb track and car the same way we could test drive any car at the raceroom circuit. Thats the only thing thats kept me from purchasing this

 

Lakeview, which in my opinion is the most fun is free.
So that one should be in your track list.

Nope, you can drive it with any car.
