Huge track cut opportunity on the Mid Ohio / DP competition?

On the Mid Ohio / DP competition, you can cut the entire pit exit and use it as part of the track. I suppose this is not as intended since it can give you a full second and a half benefit.

 

I haven't ran this competition but I know in a couple races I watched last year the pit exit going through T1 was used as part of the racetrack. It surprised me because I've never seen it used like that before.

Hi everyone, first post for me in here, so please bear with me
Not sure whether this is the correct topic but I was hotlapping the FR2 today at Mid Ohio full layout and accidentally posted the fastest laptime to the corresponding leaderboard due to this "bug". This was not intended and if someone has the power to delete that lap (or give me a hint on how to achieve that) I'd be grateful. Sorry for the inconvenence
