Hello, I paid the 200vrp entry fee for the rr special event: Nürburgring 2.4h but due to server problems I couldn´t participate. RR is in maintenance mode now so it is proved that it was definitely not my fault. As the entry time is over I should get my money back now. Who do I have to contact for it?
Sorry to hear that, unfortunate turn of events. All purchase related issues are taken care of by the helpdesk, so go here and open a ticket, describing the problem briefly and giving all relevant info (like your Steam and Raceroom username(s), e-mail address you used for your RR account, things like that).
