Playing Raceroom, my CPU is under full load and the Game begins stuttering. Raceroom needs 96 to 100% CPU Load. How can i solve this Problem?
GPU is only @ 35% load

    My System:
    i5 6600k @ 4Ghz
    MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8
    ASrock z170 extreme4
    Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 16GB

ok , in your signature can you add everything about your pc /hardware/screen and res
make sure that nothing is power saving cpu, gpu

can you give your ingame graphic settings ,
    nvidia graphic settings

have a look in the task manager to see if anything else is eating resources that shouldnt be

is your nvidia driver from windows or from nvidia

Driver from Nvidia, newest Version. 1920x1080@60Hz
Ingame Graphics High, Motion Blur off, VSync off - if on its more stuttering

Taskmanager says: R3E from 58% to 96% Load, Discord 0,1% Load, Some other Programs together 0,4% Load

No Power Saving. MSI Gaming App - GPU in Gamemode or OC Mode, CPU runs always at 4Ghz when R3E is running

Try setting PhysiX in Nvidia-settings to GPU. And try different power management options in Nvidia Control panel...

I wonder a bit that every core is under load. As we've learned, R3E normally puts alot of load on a single-Core as the used DX9-Engine isn't good in Multi-Threading. Can you try to stop every other application and Process that isn't needed and than try to start R3E?

I tried this yesterday. No Changes. The only Load on CPU is R3E.

Afterburner is not running, only the MSI Gaming App. Turning off the Gaming App changes nothing.

im struggling to understand , i have basivcally the same but older version of what you have ... so in theory slower
but im maxed out in game minus a couple of things , maxed in nvidia panel and running 100fps
loads are around 95/92/80/74 with crew cheif dashmeter diview running at the same time ,

only thing i can think is that its some setting somewhere in win 10 thats messing with it ... but as i refuse to instal win 10 until it matures i have no idea

I also dont understand. My Frames are between 130 and 250. Theres no Problem with the GPU.

The Problem with the high CPU Load startet with the last R3E Update, bevore there were no Problems.
