    not interested in an antivirus , run something like malware bytes to see if there isnt spyware or malware taking a free ride on something

    @XR Freestyler
    Can you take a look in nVidia experience and tell us which drivers your running please?

    Latest for our GPU is version 378.49 as far as I can tell.

    This Problem is there since the last R3E Update. Think its an R3E bug. But only on my PC?

    Just maybe use Bios to disable power saving settings.Since R3E is DX9 based, it is a possibility your CPU takes it lightly and underclocks itself to save electricity.Disable everything related to power saving in BIOS and enable High Performance mode from the Control Panel Energy options.

    Well,then I am terribly sorry but don't think there is anything else to do.People already suggested cache check/driver updates/defrag.Maybe its better to use a support ticker.

    nvidia control panel:
    settings for rrre.exe:
    Max pre-rendered frames: 1
    Vsync: adaptive (in game set to vsync on)

    and kill the games shader cache (or rename for backup)
    "C:\Users\Name\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\ShaderCache.bin"

    another trouble maker can be sound processing... may try disabling it for a test.

    Could also try choosing Fast Sync from the NV control panel. I recall some people having stuttering months ago with Win 10 and Fast Sync seemed to help.

    Im on Win 10 though with a 1070 and gpu drivers from a few months back and have zero issues though. Definitely something involving your own system @XR Freestyler, sorry to say.
