The possibility to change car when you're in an server. And when you run a event with more races after each other the possibility that you have select before wich car you drive in race 1, 2 or 3 If there is selected in the server that you must use different cars every race.
Ingame chat - also if you are in setup to read the communication Server admin tool - to kick/ban drivers who destroy races by crashing other cars.
