Problem infinite loading time problem

    when i launch R3E on steam, there is a black screen then i have image of cars moving and music but it's all.
    ps. sorry for my poor english.

    Right Click on the game in the steam library.
    Click "properties."
    Click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..."
    Enter -cefNoGPU in the text field.
    Restart game
