Hi all at Sector3, Had a problem with my CSL Wheelbase: After some driving, I go back to the menu to change settings, and when I'm back on track, the wheel seems to have no more "strenght", and feels very "loose", especialy in corners. As it is always in warranty, I sent it back to Fanatec. Here's their reply: after several hours of testing with different games.we are not able to find any hardware or firmware Issue on the Product.Would you mind telling me in which games you´ve experiencing the problems? So, is there's a problem in game with the CSL Wheelbase, wich is new to RaceRoom ?? Maybe with CrewChief ?? Thanx for reply, Best regards.
Do you use SLI Max Pro? When I use it, I have seen recently that it makes my wheel really heavy (hard force feedback), without it's perfect.
No, CrewChief's the only app I use. Fanatec recommend To use Fanaled, but I don't know if I'll do... Wathever, I'll try without the CrewChief app, to see what happens.
I have the same problem! It seems that the newer CSW 2.5 firmware isn't supported by Raceroom game yet. To restore the menu functionality I switch-off the Fanatec. If you have a look in the device profile menu, You'll notice that it recognized as a Fanatec V2. I hope that the 2.5 version will be supported as soon as possible. Fanaled doesen't work too with Raceroom.
After the return of my products, I tested without CrewChief, and all seems ok... Does anybody suffers the same kind of problems with this app ??
