Problem just my crash dumps

Was trying to join a multiplayer session. Around the time i wouldve expected it to finish loading, the screen went black and i ended up on my desktop with a message saying the game had crashed.
Maybe the server was about to go from training to quali if that helps any

 

Same thing twice
Played around with the ffb settings. When i then tried to start driving out of the pits the game crashed immediately.
Im happily back to my old ffb settings now so i dont expect this to cause me any further trouble so not of too high priority but it would be nice to know why it crashed

Cool, I figured since the issues were near identical and all....

 

All of them when i tried loading a replay. Finished loading, pressed a button to proceed, got a black screen and a message that the game had crashed a few seconds later
