After running some laps in Race 07 at this track earlier today, I'm even more pumped. Bring on the track and the STCC!!

 

Seems like I have to install Race 07 again to practice the track.

 

Just fired up Race 07 again after a looong while away from it to check out some of those swedish tracks after seeing lots of people show excitement for them since this announcement.

Gotta say, seems like quite a nice track overall. Had some fun putting in some laps in the STCC cars... so it would be nice to get that new Volvo WTCC car along with the track to do some proper racing there

 

The strange thing is, I don't recall ever driving on this track. But I even completed championships in the STCC games. Something went terribly wrong it seems. I've just watched some videos from Race 07 and it looks like a fun track to drive on.

 

I never took it off, still some of the best racing and mods around. And thanks to my old failing eyesight still looks okay to me.

 

Dont forget this road, much easyer to learn than those twitchy roads

 

I had GTR2 and Race 07 installed but I switched to SSD for my OS and now have a fresh install of win10

 

I'm still on W7, with two installs of GTR2 (normal and Power and Glory) plus Race 07, I'd be even more reluctant to change if they don't work on W10.

i don't know what problems some people have with win10. Every single one of my games work fine.

Seems to be a narrow and short track...

 

Better not look at any of the other tracks in Sweden if you think this one is narrow...

 

Don't tell anyone but we just put asphalt on a rally circuit, cut down part of the forest and call it circuit racing. If it was good enough for the ring, it's good enough.

 

Oh it wasn't that issue that stopped me, with my tinfoil hat on I was dubious about turning over too much control of my pc to a benign dictatorship like Microsoft

 

Yes! Maybe we can have some sweet sweet Supertouring action in the future with RaceRooms great sounds. This clip is from Karlskoga. When STCC was cool and one guy went flat out in to T1. Public server racing anyone? @3.30 for the action.

That's pretty crazy how he walks onto the road to yell at him... Reminds me of the Nascar driver who was run over and killed in very similar circumstances a few years ago. Road rage + racing = bad combo...
