The LED's on my G27 haven't worked since the last update.
I have assigned a button to switch them on. And when I push the buttonthe message says displayed that they are on full. But nothing happens.

Same here, also after the last update.
    I'm using a G27.
Plus: Steering rotation doesn't work anymore like it did before the update. When I drive the BMW M1 Procar, for example, 900° of rotation are used, although I set it to "as in the Setup (wie Setup)" and there 720° are set. The virtual steering Wheel stops at 270°.
I also tested DTM 2016 - same story.

I did a steam integrity check - no files where downloaded, so my Installation must be alright. I didn't change my controller settings by the way.

Because my simracing desk is my working desk, I have to unplug my wheel after each "simracing session". :)
And nope, even after entering the game - quitting the game - unplugging the G27 - replugging the G27 and restarting the game, LED and steering locks do not work as they did before the update.

Anybody having the LED gone awol issue, could you please open your controlset file (Documents\My Games\raceroom\userdata\controlset) with notepad or editor and check if this line is present and if so, what it says (c&p it in here)?

In case this line is indeed missing, try adding it by c&p'ing the following line into the controlset file as line #35, in between "shift delta time" and "setup control set", just like in the screenshot above:

Led Display Enabled="1" // Steering Wheel Led Display Enabled

Make sure to save the change and then try launching the game again.

Alternatively, try copying the controlset attached below into the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\raceroom racing experience\Game\GameData\ControlSet and using that.

I have that line. Change something if inside that file there are 2 lines with "G27" written, instead "G29" as showed in the attached image I posted here?

I can't test your config file right now, I'll try tomorrow.
    Thanks!!

Ok, thank you all for giving it a try. Sadly the devs are having a hard time reproducing the issue.
Could some of you please share a controlset file this issue happens with? Maybe there's a clue in there after all.

Also please share which version of the Logitech software you're currently using.

Thank to all of you to work on it!!

    Logitech Gaming Software vers. 9.02.65
    RE3 config file attached.

Another thing: my config file is inside this "old" Simbin path: "[..]Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\ControlSet".
I see another config file inside: "[..]Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\raceroom racing experience\Game\GameData\ControlSet" named "Logitech G29 Paddle Shift.rcs"... what is it?

If I'm not mistaken the files in steamapps/.... are the default profiles while the ones stored in documents/... are your custom ones that store all the alterations you've applied to the default one.

Thanks for the file, I'll forward it.
9.02.65 is the latest version, right?

EDIT: The file I provided was supposed to go into steamapps/..., to be used as the default profile (or as a base profile to add your adjustments). Had you tried that?

Good news. The programmer in charge found the reason he couldn't reproduce the error and can now indeed reproduce it. This means they can now work on fixing the issue and will hopefully be able to solve it as soon as possible.

Thank you all again for your reports and the data you provided. Maybe/hopefully the fix will be ready before the next update so it can be included in that.

    Best regards

    Christian
