Well, we have a kind of "Leyton House" livery in the development version, but we didn't include it into the final release because it was a bit risky. You can be sued just because the colors are too close to the real livery. About tobacco and alcohol logos, those are actually allowed, as long as you respect this law: the brands shouldn't be "permanently visible by the player during gameplay" in exemple on the hood of the car. That is outside of the F1 liveries of course as those are protected by an exclusive license at the moment.
