Hi all, i have started to stream my trainings-& racing-events over Youtube some weeks ago. Today morning i have checked my archived streams and i have noticed that some archived streams are marked with copyright included scenes. The claimant/applicant is not S3, its NismoTV (YT-Canal: Nismo TV). They marked round about a minute in the steams, but i don`t understand why. There is nothing to see, except me, in my SLS, chasing a Ford Mustang on Silverstone (as an example). I dont want to monetarize something, the archived streams are even not listed at YT. I am just wondering how this system works. Can they mark it, because a GT-R is visible somewhere at the stream? What is the result now, if i list the video/stream? Du solltest eine Mail bekommen haben wo auch ein Link zum Widerspruch/Beschwerde enthalten ist. Das ist zumeist falsch vom YT System erkannt. Passierte mir schon mit Pcars und AC Content wo YT das Video gelöscht hat und dies nach der Beschwerde wieder rückgängig machte.
@Andy Ok, dachte ich mir fast, dass das irgendeine Automatik macht. Beim Video selbst, kann ich Einspruch einlegen. Ich muss einen Grund angeben, aber leider leider habe ich keine Ahnung was ich da als Grund auszuwählen hätte. Nun hätte ich auch Sorge, dass wenn ich das Falsche wähle, ich mit YT-Konsequenzen leben muss. Den dort steht ebenfalls, sollte der Einspruch abgelehnt werden, bekommt man sozusagen die gelbe Karte. Hab mal meine zur Auswahl stehenden Gründe angehängt. Ich denke mit Auswahl 2 sollte da nichts schief gehen, oder?

It´s mostly a false alarm from YT bots. You get an eMail where you have to choose an option to protest against this and then a human being will check your case and tell you the result.
Update from my side: Andy was absolutly right. It surly was a "false alarm" by the YT-automatic. My appeal was accepted and all the copyright notes are gone.
