    Hello Logitech user!

There are various messages when it comes to Logitech users. Some of the users experience no issues while others can move the wheel with one finger which is definitely not how it is supposed to be.

To investigate this issue, I'm asking all Logitech users to send some information:
    - controller name (press start, type joy.cpl, more info in spoiler below)
    - is it working?
    - the controller profile (.rcs) (can be found in Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\ControlSet)
    - windows version (and update, preferably)
    - logitech profiler (for G25/G27), logitech gaming software (LGS) or Ghub and the version of that software
    - the version of the driver for the wheel

You can send it either here as an attachment, in a private message on the forum or in a dm on discord

    Controller name:
    check_controller_name.png

    Windows version:
    get_windows_version.png

    Logitech driver/software version with LGS:

For GHUB (thank you @zed for providing the images):

    - Is it working: Yes
    - Windows 10 pro, version 1903, build 18362.1256

    - Driver 89.0.25

can you (and @Nenah ) check which driver specifically for the wheel is installed? For LGS it's showed in the opening post in the spoiler, don't have Ghub anymore but it should be available somewhere as well:
I think it's under My Gear / Meine Ausrustung

It is working and I am pretty happy with it from a car control standpoint. The curb feel is weak. I adjusted my Linearity all the way down and set the Bump Amp to 30 and it is a bit better but the curbs are still pretty vague and I have purposely nailed some of them hard to try to feel them. I figure if the car is thrown into the air on one side then I should feel something in the wheel but I can barely feel it. Also Collisions results in noise but nothing through the wheel. I have intentionally hit AI cars and the guardrail. Nothing comes through the wheel.

EDIT: Sadly, I quit driving in R3E. I have driven race cars on race tracks. Unfortunately, R3E no longer simulates that feel anymore. It now just feels like a racing game not a racing sim, IMO. I just have not had the desire to drive since shortly after the FFB changes.

Ok, so CaptainCoffee's tip to rename the Simbin folder and have the game recreate it somewhat solved it for me.
I can now feel the weight shifts, also under braking.
The braking feeling is not as much as much as I'd like it to, but I think it's something I can get used to.
Getting on/off curbs feeling is still missing on most curbs though.
Overall the steering wheel feels too light. It kind of feels as if the game is not using the full strength of the wheel, especially when it comes to centering wheel force. I prefer a somewhat high resistance on the wheel and that's just not there. I.e. it feels way too weak. In the old Logitech profiler I could set the centering spring of the old wheel back then (Logitech Wingman Force GP or some such) to 150%, that's what I used. Just to give you an idea.
I tested on Nordschleife since the curbs there are pretty high and there's a lot of car movement.
Even the highest curbs feel flat and give no feedback except when staying on them.

    - LGS 5.10.127 Date 06/14/2010 (It is not possible to get my wheel work with Win10 with any newer Logitech software)
    - Driver 5.10.127

My wheel is very flat, I can feel only constant resistance whole the time. Except for some kerb effects.

    Yes.
Rename it to something else, don't delete it, as it contains your car setups, replays and such. You can just copy them over later.
Once you started the game it will recreate the folder and you will have to reassign buttons and all.
After that it was "somewhat" better for me.
I kind of agree a bit with the video that one slight change, maybe even just one click, can ruin the feeling altogether. Hence I did not touch the default settings recreated by the game.
That was for the GT3 car on the Nordschleife.
After messing around with several different cars (Group C, DTM 1992, 2003, 2005) today I found out though...I have zero feeling when braking or turning and still no feeling for curbs. Impossible to find braking points and/or get a feeling for the brakes in the Group C. It's a pain in the rear really.
Dunno if I got way to used to the old system that I am having a hard time to get used to the new one now or what. It might in the end just be me. :(

Thanks Nenah (& Captain Coffee), I tried it & yes it did appear to make quite a difference to the FFB feel. I still needed to turn the bump amplification up to around 50% to get any sort of meaningful reaction to running over kerbs.

    - controller name: Lgitech G HUB G923 Racing Wheel for XBox One and PC ( i can't see " PC " but i think its PC at end)
    - is it working: i feel FFB and its load and unload depend of grip and nothing like" move the wheel with one finger"

    - no feeling of car jump and hit with it's belly.

    - windows version: windows 10,21H1
    - G-HUB ver 2021.7.91
