Hi im helping my friend to get his G25 work again... It had calibration problems and after Reading on forums here and there about it we found that optical encoder most certain was broken so we took it apart and found a crack and first we tryed to glue it but no sucess so we orderd a new one from http://cmlaserservice.com/index.html and after a few weeks we got it and installed but we still get the same prob... Weel wount calibrate correct just goes from side to side and wount stop in the middle as it should.. And in profile weel wount turn....Everything else workes break gas cluth button and so on... Any ideas anyone?? Would appriciate anykind of help here... Yepp i know he just could buy a new Wheel but he cant afford it right now...

They must have the same number of slots. 60 slot units and 30 slot units are not interchangeable. Have you read this? Do you have right encoder? I had also same problem with g25. Glued and painted crack with black marker pen, so that you dont see light coming through crack. I did that about 4 years ago. It still works normally
