Sorry Andy, I didn't notice your post when I replied earlier, my supplier is sky (it was 02 but sky took it over). My router is just a wireless modem.
Problem solved!! It turns out I hadn't deleted all my screenshots, there were just over 52,000 of them! 26 gig! Sorry for any headaches caused, I'll try to cut back on my screenshot addiction. Game now loads in under 30 seconds!
Wow glad you finally got it sorted and reported back with your solution!!! good info on screenshots causing it , on that note you should publish them as 52,000 screenshots you must be doing something special Any way glad you are all set and hope to see you online someday !! Last note please ammend your first post from problem to resolved thanks mate

Not particularly knowledgeable with this issue I am afraid. You will have to wait for one of the other testers to help out. Sorry. I have linked this to the betatesters in discord.
Hi, same problem here. I have cheked the integrity of the installation files, no antivirus, no firewall, 600mbps symetric internet speed, 20ms of ping and I have long loading times and I have been kicked several times from servers due to the ping (I don't think 20ms is a bad latency). Sometimes I have server error timeout when opening the game during the splash screen, maybe because the loading times are higher than the timeout seconds set in the server. The problem is that there is no activity of the cpu or ethernet connection until a specific moment after some minutes. Then is when the game starts. I hope this information is enough to help us with our problem. Thank you in advance
