    Have you undated them lately?
Maybe try a 'roll-back' on the drivers.
    Worth trying..

Started having this issue lately and the only thing changed was setting on motion blur. Maybe this is it? Will need to test.

(For reference: running R3E with GTX980 ti OC & i7-6700K at 2560x1440 @60hz for over a year and half now)

I don't no your system-specs and graphicssettings, so I can't say if everything is correct. But that the FPS drops while the replay is running and it goes up while the replay is paused is pretty normal. The GPU doesn't need to calculate a new image while the replay is paused... so it just repeats the same image again and again...

The problem is not the FPS drops, that is to be expected. The Problem seems to be that the GPU load drops while it should normally go up because it has to calculate stuff, so the question is why the graphics card does not react to load from the game.

Go through the AMD driver settings and check all power saving / performance options, check if there might be something up in there.

Also can you please do a test for us and compare your performance with Motion Blur disabled / enabled?

No solution. i re install amd driver and update windows.
In power save i put +21% power limit.
And with or without motion blur same effect.
In cokpit when i drive clock are to low 600mhz and 40 50 fps and when i press R increase to 1040mhz and i have more FPS 80 90

I want to take video but when i capture clock are lower than ever 400mhz and 20fps...

And with 30 vehicules I have 750-800mhz core clock videocard temp 60°C ...

    CPU load are the same....

    Heyo!

This most likely stems from your CPU simulating a quad core with only two actual physical cores. Your GPU is bottle necked by the CPU which is why it's lower when the game isn't paused. Upgrading to a proper quad core CPU is the best option.
