We try to make a small league to race M1 Procar on GP tracks as it was on the real M1 Procar championship back in the day. But we need drivers to fill the grid.
Server is tagged [HFR-LP] M1 Procar .

We'll try to keep it as simple as possible.
Race format: Quali: 15min , Race: 20min
Tire wear, fuel consumption, mecanical damage ON

Track selection:
Hockenheimring GP
Hungaroring
Nurburgring GP
Monza GP
RedBull ring
Shanghai GP
Suzuka GP
==> We'll try to respect the original format of the M1 Procar race witch was on Formula 1 week-end opening. That's why the selection is only about GP tracks were F1 run in modern days.

To get a mini-league thing we will allow points to the 5 firsts of the races with this scale:
1st : 25pts
2nd : 17pts
3rd : 12pts
4th : 8pts
5th : 5pts

Races will be in open mod, so everyone could join the race, but if there's enough driver for a (almost) full grid we may go to private.
Schedule could be : WEDNESDAY 7:00PM UTC / 20:00 GMT+2

Fair driving is expected, and finishing the race for all engaged drivers will give a much overall experience too everyone

Session format : Free practice : 60min , Qualification : 20min , Race 25min
Server will be up @ 6:00PM UTC / 20:00 GMT+2 for the practice session.

Until the details become known who can tell, but in theory I'd be keen if the time was workable. Don't think you'll have much trouble filling up a field, what is that line in the film, "If you build it they will come"? Something like that. I have one in the garage that could do with a run every now and then.

Time works for me, possibly my ping might end up being too high in which case I'd have to drop out, but worth trying it to see.

 

Forgot a little thing :

Of course fair driving is expected, and it will be good if engaged drivers don't rage quit and finish the race even if it not for a good rank.

@Richard Powell : didn't say that for you. I can understand if you have very high ping that it's not really funny for you and the other.

 

Had to change the schedule a little bit => Tuesday
to avoid conflict with other ligue some players are in.

 

First race will be Tuesday the 23th june @ 6:30 PM UTC (20h30 Paris/Bruxelle time zone)
Server will be up @ 5:30 PM UTC with 60min practice session, so everybody can join when he want. Qualification will be 15min, race will be 20min.
Track is Hockenheimring GP
Until then a practice server is up with 60min practice, 0/0 qualif/race (but the game doesn't allow 0min session si there will be 5min qualif and race if the practice session came to the end).

Sadly I will not be able to participate tomorrow.
I will manage to launch the race server remotely, but as there's no logging of the race server side I'll need someone to record the results of the race, at least the 5 firsts.

I hope you'll be able to have a good race.
