This is a Mantorp Park thread...why would you come up with RR Hillclimb or real Hillclimb ffs.
People should stop posting unimportant things into threads which are not related to the topic.

Come again? Someone asked if the leaves where a new thing, and Christian posted some info about the existing hillclimb. Why get cranky about it?

 

My post wasn't related to Christian's post...sorry if it seemed like that. Thought it would be clear what i meant but okay

 

Christian was waaaaay off topic. I mean, it's not like they would use any code or previous knowledge gained from producing the Hill Climb tracks when working on the Mantorp track. I mean, the hill climb tracks are tarmac with rough ground on the outside of the track that will provide a different level of traction/feedback while Mantorp Park will probably be an area of rough ground with a tarmac track in the middle.

So cranky would seem appropriate.

 

I like this slight touch of anarchy and freedom ... Mantorp Park ... in this community and I don't see any problem with a short disgress in the subject ... Mantorp Park ... 'cause sooner or later it will switch back to the initial topic, in this case ...Mantorp Park ... Mantorp Park. Having lots of fun in reading this and coming here for entertainment as well.

Have we discussed that it can be translated as Mancabin Park yet? Why are we being given what is clearly a trailerpark when there's the glory of Knutstorp and Anderstorp out there, waiting to claim the weak and give glory to the who drive cars and not motorhomes! Or is it a subtle hint that S3 has acquired the elusive Winnebago license? A first in serious sim racing!

Very cool. Mantorp is where I got a license in my youth, driving FFord and FOpel. I mean Formula Raceroom Junior. Plus a couple of good Porsche Club track days. Anyway - real nice track. So looking forward to the sim version.

Don´t understand why they shorten al the tracks (Karlskoga was more interessting too, before the castrated it).
