Don't get me wrong, for me those license tests were almost the best part about GT, but I don't think they would have the effect you assume they would. Trolls will take many hurdles to do their trolling. There's a number of games which have sth like this, aren't there? And how many of those a wrecker-free? We did actually discuss adding some sort of qualifying requirement like this, doing a certain laptime or X clean laps around a track before you're allowed into mp, but it was decided against because it would also mean adding an annoying barrier for all those users who aren't trolling and just want to get driving, all the while not really stopping trolls in their tracks.
