I hope there will also be more Historic and Ikonic cars!
I´m miss cars for years like the Legendary DTM Alfa 155 to balance the Audis or Lancia Corse ,Opel Calibra DTM,Ford Sierra.
    Or more Group 2+4+5 cars.
As at the moment R3E is the only game that has old cars by it self and not modded.
Me do not like the new cars with all the Training wheels stuff TC and TC bypass and blabla XD
Also i hope new FFB will fix the throttle pedal (engine Map?) for old cars please please please i do not like the deadzone of 15-25%

I like funny tips like these :D
Please take Porsche Classic,DTM 1992,Group 5 and go on any track.
Set Crew Chief WebHud to show Pedal input and you will see @ 25 throttle NO reaction but @ 37 you hit the Limiter and start spinning like the car has 1000hp:D

You're mixing 3 completely unrelated things here. FFB has nothing to do with pedals, and none of those things have anything to do with engine maps.

It's not bad but hopefully it can reach the the level of ams for example. Better ffb is always a good thing

Tested it with Greenwood Corvette, car murdered me, as soon as, i looked at the throttle, so gotta call BS on that one.

On more serious note, car reacted way before mentioned 15-25%

This car is something else, not for racing just for some crazy fun or amusement. Not sure how to describe it. The beast

Sort your attitude out or you will end up being removed from this forum.

The "deadzone" you describe is simply an S shaped throttle/engine response curve which is intended to simulate the attributes of a cable operated throttle body. The gas pedal is not a torque selector and torque/power from the engine is never linear to the throttle input. This behaviour is also compounded when driving a car with a turbo as you obviously have turbo lag added into the equation.

Calibration can be done in many ways , this is how i do it
First download diview , just google search it
Unplug the pedals then plug them back in
Watch a ytube video on how to use diview

    Run diview ,
Check the pedal response make any adjustments needed , (show raw data to judge it against )
    Leave di view running
    Start game
    Rebind the pedals
Go to advanced controllers and watch how your pedals react , adjust sensitivity and upper lower dead zones to get what ylu want

You said something that showed your lack of knowledge on a specific topic. I posted a link that explains what's going on and that it's not a bug. Which means there's no hope it will be "fixed" in an update that focuses on completely different areas of the game.

You really should've followed the link instead of writing nonsense about me. Also, this is not a private conversation, it's a forum and we're allowed to reply to any post we want.

    Ooh, I missed this roadmap.

New FFB is interesting, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys do there. As above, I also hope you've not removed the gearchange clunk. :)

    Those sparks also look great.

Dear friends of Sector3studios. From the utmost respect and gratitude to your work, I have to comment on something important. In my country, Spain, you are giving away all the Raceroom content to some streamers to promote your product. Some of these streamers are saying that the raceroom FFB is the best they have ever tested in simulators and this is very disingenuous. I think people are not going to understand your effort to develop a totally new FFB. The most important streamers in Spain are sincere and this is creating a lot of confusion among Raceroom users. Please, if you have developed the new FFB, do not wait for the rest of the improvements for June and update the game, I personally think it would be the best. Thank you very much and greetings.

The ffb is one part of an upgrade that is tied to another part , one does not work without the other , one aspect is very close to completion , the other isnt ready , so you can not have one without the other , hense no public release yet ....

I have mixed feelings about this. I am excited and worried. I have nothing against the actual FFB in Raceroom. I think its great. If the new FFB is about to come out, I hope it will have missing elements included like road texture/ surface, bumps or whatever you wanna call it.

Anyway, I trust that Sector 3 is going to do a great job.

I asked J-F about " road texture/ surface, bumps or whatever you wanna call it."
He said I should be fine and something about "bump amplification slider".
