Resolved Missing my 3 DLC Packs after the server-crash

    hello, i bought three dlc-packs in the store on 06.02.2015. everything was ok. then, one day later i could not log in. now i can Login again and Play the game but my dlcs are gone. please help!

    Based on your other post I assume you have send a ticket to support over the help desk, if so, someone will look at it asap. IF not I would highly suggest to do that.

    I have the same problem. Bought the IMSA Audi and Bathurst before the crash. When I logged in the first time after buying (I bought the content via web interface) shortly after the crash, the content was not there. I had the little "Buy Now" signs like always. And I couldn't join Servers running Bathurst.

    I already opened a ticket but someone on the official RaceRoom Twitter Account told me to post here.

    Same problem here. Already opened a ticket but no one give any answers. I lost my money and don't have the track. I´m really desapointed.

    well he has a few 100 to dig through, but he told me this morning he was going through them.
