I have two things. 1. Update Monza curbs in the first two Chicanes. the green curb is to high and aggressiv. in real life is it red and softer to push over. 2. Its possibel to became the oldtimer GP layout of Nürburgring? Its cool for oldcars I mean the track without the Mercedes Arena and the chicane of DTM or GTM.
Quite a few tracks could use updates, some are only cosmetic but definitely like to see them kept up to par.
I am under the impression that curbs in Monza are purposedly too high vs real life to discourage corner cutting. But I think Monza can use an overhauling especially on shadows, curbing and Parabolica. As for Nurburgring when Nordschleife gets incorporated we may see a few new layouts and a small update.
Thats one of the tracks I was thinking especially, curbs seem all wrong compared to any other game/sim that has it.
Yep, been to that circuit plenty of times and the curbs are off, in particular the Paddock Hill Bend run-off and the inside curb at Druids Hairpin (it doesn't have the dimples). Also I feel the irradiated grass at Oschersleben needs looking at.
I think that about a lot of the tracks. Since testing Spa, I really would like the grass to be more green and fresh, specially since seeing the F1 race last weekend, its a beautiful track in the forest, almost like a fantasy.
I think many curbs in the game are not so at real. The are curbs for the game and good for the game, but the curbs in monza it a littel to hard for me.
I think S3S should start with Brands Hatch revamp along with GP layout. It is probably the most pressing track because it is missing a layout.
If I remember correctly there was a "We have no license" problem, rather than a "We have no time for that" problem, which is significantly harder to resolve.
Brands Hatch appears in a good number of games so licensing this circuit may not be prohibitively difficult. Given the number of high-profile tracks S3 has licensed, I don't see why Brands Hatch *should* pose a problem. Then again, what do I know?
Yeah, true that. The discussion should be somewhere around the forum.I clearly remember that S3S said that they tried to get the full circuit license but they didnt sucseed. In fact even the Indy circuit is in game thanks to the DTM license.Maybe a renewed effort will be more welcomed by MSV?
