According to the official Raceroom announcement there will be more new Asian content coming to Raceroom -time to speculate what that could be, gentlemen What do you think will come?
If you should have the urgent need to talk about it, we are always there for you. ^^ Yas Marina would be nice, Aida and Fuji also.
There's currently a competition at Suzuka using GT3 cars from the Super GT Series. Maybe a clue there? Could also point to the Blancpain GT Series Asia, of which R3E already features 4 of the 6 tracks on the calendar, the missing two being Fuji and Zhejiang. We know there's a partnership with Tilke that will produce more of his circuits. Prominent Tilke tracks in Asia are Bahrain and Abu Dhabi, although there are a few others.
To be honest, I never really cared about most asian (F1-) Circuits, although some of them are part of F1-calendar for more than a decade now (and others only hosted a handful of races, or even less). Regarding the cooperation with Tilke, I think it's very likely (most) new RR tracks will be Tilke one's. And although I'm not (wasn't?) an avid fan of his tracks I think circuits like Istanbul (yes, it's in the asian part ), Bahrain (lots of possible layouts), India (looks like a lot of fun, not really sure what to think about neverending Turn 10-11-12 though), Yas Marina and Fuji would be great additions to RR. I'd also like to see some more japanese tracks, but I guess it's not very likely. @James Cook Jeeez they are racing GT3 cars on that (Zhejiang)? I'm not sure drivers like circuits where they only have to use 2nd and 3rd gear Coming to cars, I think super GT would be great (and it's more or less only asian race series I know).
Hopefully more GT / Cup tracks.. I loved Tsukuba in GranTurismo, it's a very small track but very easy to test and learn your car on the straights + cornering (hopefully also with the addition of the extended version, the right-left chicane after the dunlop tyre was really fun to take instead of the simple lefthander ). Twin Ring Motegi, because GT and WTCC cars, they all have driven there + multiple layouts possible ! Fuji, also haves multiple layouts, but the track itselfs miss some atmosphere from my opinion. Ordos International circuit seems to be a great venue, near the biggest (modern) ghost town in the world, Ordos, China. Very creepy place, but the layout of the tracks seems to be okay and fun to drive.. Then, I was not sure about a test track and was searching a bit with google.. Lost the name and was just hanging around with words like racing track asia, I found this and I'm pretty sure we could get this ; "Fast Track Iskandar's crown jewel is its 4.5km FIA Grade 1 Race Circuit, dubbed the ‘Nürburgring of Asia’, which is designed by Hermann Tilke."
I have no idea what to expect from this other than a few more Tilke tracks, most probably... but if we're getting a few Asian cars out of this as well then some sort of Mazda MX-5 cup car would be amazing and I guess it would sell very well considering it's popularity. Raceroom could use a few more entry-level cars for club racing type events. Also, it's extremely unlikely this would ever show up in the game, but the Speedcar Series would be very cool. Just look at these beauties:
Another thing that came into my mind regarind asian Content would be (more or less) classic Super GT with some of these cars: Nissan GTR Toyota Supra Honda NSX Mazda RX-7
