If you're using the profiler then in global settings you can override game profiles by checking the box. Now I do use Logitech profiler and also override the game but you will find the majority on here (and almost everywhere else) uninstall the Logitech software but you may well have to play around a bit to get things the way you want. Might be nice to think that a large company like Logitech would update their so out of date profiler software to improve game integration, refuses to work point blank with some titles.
From what I read here and elsewhere most people do actually use the logitech profiler. Even many developers use it in their settings that they post. Without it how do you set rotation or disable centre spring? Maybe there are some who don't use it, but I believe the majority do.
