No, not today. Why would you think that?

It'll be towards end of September.

I'm not going to go into too much detail but If I were to give this patch a name I'd call it tidy up patch.

The patch will have things like ipv6 compatible netcode, phasing out experiences and thereby adding and exposing more session settings to RaceRoom. Revamp of portal store along with new implementations that just improve the store overall. Tidied up and added more stuff to shared memory (which also broke all applications using them). And more!!

What do you mean... The sessions are Practice, Qualy and Race? It will be added in the multiplayer sessions?

While I dont specifically know what is coming in the next patch, as I am not privy to that info...

The ADAC and DTM experiences both had their own rules that they used. For DTM, you had a 2 race session. A sprint race and a feature race. Where the sprint race was shorter than the feature race. ADAC had things like driver swaps (for the AI) and varying skill levels for the AI as they had pro and 'gentleman' drivers. Among other differences from the regular RaceRoom portal.

Again, I have no idea what is coming, but some of these features may transfer over to RaceRoom (instead of being locked away in the experiences) so you can use them with any car/class/track.

But do you have any idea if these new features will be in the multiplayer or only on the single player?

Sorry, I really dont know. I was only giving some examples of things that are unique to the DTM and ADAC experiences that may eventually be implemented into RaceRoom for use with all of the content.

Im sure MP will get more options added as time goes by, but I have no idea what, or when that may be. :p

Now, if they added the Pro and Gentleman driver swap to MP, that would be impressive, but I kinda doubt it.

Yeah I got the same impression, but I'll wait and see what the "more" is . Maybe don't want to give some things away? I hope....

Will there be a fix for the replay? The beginning of the replays is still broken in multiplayer.

What I can say, that holds true for many things related to development... Is that even if a feature or improvement added in a patch may seem small, it may actually take months and months of work before it is not only ready to test, but then to release.

Of course, everyone has their own idea of what features they want added, and some nice changes are coming. Changes that will make some people very happy. But, some people may say "Hey! This seems like a small change that should have come years ago! Why didnt you do this ages ago and work on (insert feature request here) instead!?"

Not aiming this at you at all, but just trying to speak a bit generally here. With so few programmers and a small team, you cant just pump out big change after big change. However, nice improvements are ahead :)
