Resolved No FFB after first race

Hi, I read a 10page thread from 2018 that discussed same issues I'm experiencing now ("No FFB (after 8May2018 update)") but there doesn't seem to be any fix for it.

Here what's happening: I turn on the game, go into a race the ffb works perfect as long as I stay in the race, as soon as I go to the menu (ESC btn) everything turns off, even if I just click esc, and then straight away 'resume' there's no ffb anymore.

I use a custom built 30nm DD, use 'VNM' software on widows 10, all drivers up to date, single 49in screen.
I did delete all files (both in mydocuments and steam folder), fully reinstalled the game, nothing helped.
Logs attached.

Surprisingly my friend has the same motor and is not experiencing any of the issues. RR is my favourite game, have the full package with all cars and tracks and can't use it now
Just to be clear, no such issues occur in AC, ACC, AM2.

Would really appreciate some suggestions how to fix this.

You could try to bind a button to the "Reset FFB" function and press it when that happens.
