Running the BMW 235i (in VR), the rev-indicator LEDS are not functioning properly. Rather than show the progressiong of your revs, they'll run through green to red as you change gear. The LEDs on my wheel (G29) are working as intended. Can't find a setting in-game or in the logihub that might affect it, so thinking this has been introduced with the latest update?
