Yea, in that case an overall prize would have made sense.

Just another idea: For fairness' sake maybe add a little precondition in case a participant gets drawn as a prize winner in several successive races. Worst case could be that by pure luck sb gets drawn after each race and wins every time.

Maybe sth like: "Participants who qualify for the prize draw in two or more consecutive races will only be eligible to win sth every other race. If sb gets awarded a prize in race A this person is not eligible to claim a prize in race B. However, in race C the same person may win again."

 

Prize pool question. What do you prefer:

4x1000vRP or 8x500vRP?

 

I think the system you did in the first race was a good one ... now if you take your idea with the random picks and mix both together ?

How about :
1st: 1000
2nd: 800
3rd: 700

+ 3 x random 500

 

No just random selection, because i want to prevent cheating.

 

I'd prefer 4x1000, 1000 can get you any single item in the store or some packs that are available whereas 500 would equal one track or 2-3 cars. So I think a potential prize of 1000 is more attractive than 500, even if the chances of winning are lower. But both would have their pros and cons, also depending on whether you want to introduce the rule I suggested above.
The risk is that people who won in race A might skip race B because they know they won't be eligible to win anyway. So with this rule at work 4x1000 might work better because less people would be tempted to skip.

i also don´t have a laptime in the list atm, but it´s somewhere around 1.21min and i will do some now.
Another thing i wanted to ask is, if its necessary to use my realname as i use a pseudonym, which isn´t offensive and just for "my privacy and internet" you know?
