bonjour a tous depuis , presque 15 jours , je peux plus rentrer sur aucuns serveurs , pourquoi ??? j'ai tout essayé , par feu windows , anti virus , ports de ma Freebox etc... si vous avez une solution s'il vous plait merci .
j'ai désinstaller Steam et Raceroom . je viens de tous re télécharger et c'est toujours pareil personne pour m'aider ??? merci
ce qui me surprend c'est que l'on a aucune reponse objective sur tout ses probleme d'erreur genre "ok on a pris note "ou "le probleme vient de sector 3,nous travaillons dessus" on nous laisse dans le vide et je trouve cela domage toute ses erreur sans reponse concrete a part "LE PROBLEME VIENT DE CHEZ VOUS,VERIFIER VOTRE PAR FEU" s'il vous plait communiquer un peu plus sur ces problemes car cela vient bien de la derniere mise a jour ,nous somme nombreux a rencontrer des probleme de connexion avec le jeu merci d'avance
Hi, Sorry to hear that you're experiencing connection issues to mp servers. Can you please send me the game and mwtransport log files located in your R3E User folder? C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Logs Please send the ones from the time where you had the problem.

Thank you. But this is a bit too much to dig through unfortunately. Can I get you to do the following instead? - Launch R3E and go to MP. - Try to join couple of servers to reproduce the issue. - Once you get the error message close the game. - Go to your R3E user folder and take the last created game and mwtransport log. - Attach them here with a new post. That way we'll have a nice narrowed down log with the problem.
Thank you guys. In the server browser do you guys see all the servers with "-" for ping? If you give it some time do numbers show? Are you guys using IPV6?
Merci Sonat pour ma part Je suis chez Free comme FAI internet et j'utilise l'IPV4 et l'IPV6 . ma Freebox est configurer avec les 2 actif . ensuite sur les 219 serveurs , j' en ai 185 avec le '-' et 34 avec le Ping . Thank you Sonat for my part I am at Free like FAI Internet and I use the IPV4 and the IPV6. my Freebox is to configure with the 2 credit. then on the two hundred and nineteen serveurs , I have of them one hundred and eighty-five with '-' and thirty-four with Ping

de mon coté j' aie environ 80 serveurs avec "-" et comme S-AMG je suis chez free avec ipv-4 et ipv-6 d'activé
Salut tout le monde, si ça vous ne dérange pas je continuerai en anglais car le français n'est pas ma langue maternelle et si j'écris en anglais, Sonat n'est pas obligé de harceler ses collègues pour une traduction @Sonat Ozturk , I'm taking the liberty to chime in on this thread since I have the same ISP (Free) and router (Freebox, mine is a Freebox Revolution, I assume theirs are too?) as S-AMG and Jerome and I CAN access the servers. Yesterday I joined the Big Grid server (my first ever venture into online racing, by the way) and I could connect and race, although it wasn't a very good experience because all the cars around me kept disappearing, so there must have been some ping issues on my side I guess. This was with both IPV4 and IPV6 activated on my router. I had some disconnect issues as well, I'll attach the log files from those sessions below (dated 19-04-2016). After reading your post, I disabled IPV6 on my router this evening, re-booted the router and had a couple of really good races on the RR-servers (Spa and Nordschleife) without any issues worth mentioning. Connection was good (apart from 1 single error 12002 at the end of a race) and all opponents were visible at all times, there was just some lag when new players joined the server. I'll attach those files as well (dated 20-04-2016). Maybe you can compare my files to those of S-AMG and Jerome to see what's going wrong for them ? Cheers! By the way: even with IPV6 de-activated, I still also see a lot of servers with ping "-" (this was also the case with both IPV4 and IPV6 activated)
Hi, The IPV6 causing problem is so far just a theory. We have a lot of users using IPV6 that has no problems so I think it's something else, or something more specific than IPV6 in the router or connection. If you see just "-" for ping it means you are not getting a ping from the server. And if you have no ping to the server you will not be able to join. We will further investigate the logs and see if we can spot something. Were you having these issues before? If not has something changed from ISP side since?
hi sonat like the ping 0 issue, i've got, since the last update, some (= a lot) "-" in the mp (maybe 70%) list servers. today i tried to deasctivate the ipv6 .. but like the other, no better results
Do you guys have any problem playing Single Race? Trying to rule out certain things to help with the investigation.
