Pit speed limiter spikes and go over speed limits and you are punished for speeding in pit lane. please fix that.

@Georg Ortner or someone else of the staff
Is it possible to enlarged the max speed when you drive in the pit with the speed limiter on?
Today I had a race at silverstone and i get a drive true penalty even when i drove in the pit-lane with the limiter on
And i'm sure i had it on time because i don't get a message before a was with my car on the place
And i had the limiter on for sure because on my app (Dachmeter) ar blinking lights when i turn it on
After driving from my place i get the message at leaving the pitlane
On that moment i had stil my speed limiter on, even my crew-chief told me that
The only thing i can imagine is that i was driving in second gear
Thanks for reading this, and i hope it wil be fixed
By the way, at the lauzitsring it happens also to me and some other drivers.

The thing is that there already is some leeway in the code, so you shouldn't be getting penalised even if your speed goes above 80 (or 60) for a short moment while the limiter is active. So unless you were too fast when entering the pit lane or too quick when leaving it, it shouldn't be possible to receive a speeding penalty. But I say should not for a reason. ;)

You don't happen to have a replay/video of that incident, or ideally the according gamelog file?

    Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log

Look for the timestamp in the filename, latest files should be at the end of their respective list.
We would need the gamelog, so that should be called sth like "game_2018_03_18_.....log" if it happened today.

Use 2nd or 3rd gear as you drive through the pits, and don't use full throttle. It only seems to bounce over the limiter speed at full throttle in first

    @mr_belowski

I did exactly that yesterday at the race in Silverstone. I drove into the pits in third gear and switched to second gear in pit lane. maybe that didn't cause me any problems.

but it just so happens that this is how I did the pit entrance.

Also had this issue several times. But, like Mr. Belowski said, every time when i goes with full throttle under pit limiter, taking back the throttle resolved that problem for me.

I have noticed thats its not the front off the car body crossing the line thats counts. It is the were the Drivers nos start. Thats a half car lengths further back and i Think that's, the reason way i got my speeding ticket
