Pit stop times GTR3

Can somebody explain me why AI get out from the pits so quickly in GTR3 class while my car needs 30+ seconds to change the tyres? I didn't get penalties but AI is out in 18-19 seconds...on the cockpit it says "time off 10 seconds in red", does it mean something? Is there something i have to do in order to improve that?

 

Thanks, i saw that AI changed only 2 tyres during the race, i guess i will do that now. It pissed me off a lot when i lost 10 places for because of the pistop.

 

or set a minimum pitstop time , then you can change 4 tyres and the Ai even if it changes two has to wait

Tried to do that but it doesn't work. I guess i have to set higher to 60 seconds.

 

Tire-change is now about 28seconds. Plus Refuel the pitstop can easily take up to a minute or even a bit more...

 

Now the game doesn't even start, black screen. Are you kidding me now Raceroom? Damn.
