[Poll] Do you want Apex Hunt back?

Of course I want, it's a great way to learn correct trajectories

 

I wish I started Raceroom before end 2015 so that i could drive more with the apex hunt.
Nice to see how much fun this brings to me.
For me and a lot of new members of raceroom this would be a great tool for us.
Let's bring it back.

 

Come on people, let's give this poll a new shot.
Those who don't want it back, please do say nothing because even if you don't want it back and for imagine it will be back you don't have to play it so you have nothing to win.
And for al the people who want it back fill a yes with comment and tell your friends to do the same.

 

Would be great if it returns!
-I'm quite new to racing, and I think I could greatly benefit from it.
-And like NL-Jos says; If you don't need it just turn it off.

 

it would take dev time so there is a disadvantage.

 

It was always to much dev and testing time. Same with novice mode testing.

 

Maybe so, but in my opinion it brings a lot drivers to a higher level.
And more competition on the track.
And less drivers who drive like a fool
And that's also a good thing i think.
But again, that's my opinion.

 

Once its ingame surely its just a case of checking it on a new track and making sure it works there?
I would of appreciated it, lots of tracks ive never seen before or driven very little on in this game and it would help immensely.

 

don`t really care about it, wouldn`t mind to be in game but if it should delay another work than no ..

 

I didn't even know this wasn't in the game??I am only a week into RRE and have been trying to get this mode to work to no avail. WHY is it still an option in the config buttons menu? it just lead to confusion on my part.

The apex Hunt could be better as it was and maybe in another way in a form as competition or something else.
Are you looking forward of the audiTT time trial?
It could delay some new circuits or something.

 

why strange .. this is very low priority for me .. I get that somebody might like it and there is no reason for me to not want it in game right now ... but if it would steer developement from (for me) more important things, I would like them to do those things first and than go back to Apex hunt ... I`m speaking only for myself
I don`t have any info about TT time trial so can`t comment on that .. also circuits are probably not done by the same people those features are done ..well who really knows with this small dev team.

I think Sean has it right.

I think that is an issue that many R3Eers don't realize - How small the team is. After the last interview with J-F, not only do they have - what I consider to be - a small staff, but then they have to farm out some of the workload/special projects too.

I say...
1) constantly patch any issues first. If we can't play, doesn't matter how many cars/tracks we have!
2) Constant content (cars/tracks/packs) development. Generate revenue so S3 can grow to provide more, faster, better.
3) Constant R&D for better graphics, better force feedback, game cpu/gpu optimization, compatibility issues, new hardware support (wheels/pedals).........
4) Advertising - (would be nice to see more of the Pro drivers on the live streams, just talking about their racing).
That should be the core.

Then there is everything else.... to balance and put out what they can with what they have left over.
extra features (and our forums are full of great ideas - too many).

While they're doing that, I'll be racing
