    Absolutely brilliant idea. :)
Those tracks and the Porsche Cup car are practically made for each other.

Best combo ever...for me...I am doing better than my average here, maybe because of the hours spent on these great circuits.. I love all these tracks and the Cup car. Karlskoga's bumps really throw the Porsche around. Great fun.

Overall pretty clean and disciplined opening round, with a few exceptions! Keep it up, and just be a little bit more careful in the following rounds, and we will have a great season!

    RACE 1

Åberg vs. Ericson, Lap 2, Turn 1
Ericson brakes too late for the first corner and hits Åberg, who left room, into the gravel.
    Fredrik Ericson - 4 points - 1 strike

Åberg vs. Gehammar, Lap 21, Turn 11
Gehammar runs into the back of Åberg in turn 11. Both drivers spin as a result.
    Fredrik Gehammar - 4 points - 1 strike

    RACE 2

Nedev vs. Engström, Lap 5, Turn 5
Nedev brakes into turn 5 at a reasonable braking point. Engström is late on the brakes, tries to pull to the inside, but still hits Nedev who spins off and gets big damage.
    Daniel Engström - 4 points - 1 strike

    Strikes:
    Fredrik Ericson - 1
    Fredrik Gehammar - 1
    Daniel Engström - 1

    Attendance:
All drivers who registered also showed up.

    Standings will be updated soon!

    RACE 1

Åberg vs. R. Johansson, Lap 1 Turn 2
Johansson brakes too late into turn 2 and sends Åberg into the gravel.
Robin Johansson, 4 points, 1 strike

    D. Fredriksson vs. Jansson, Lap 5, Turn 4
Jansson runs deep into turn 4, and D. Fredriksson goes up the inside. Jansson goes for the late apex. They make contact and Frediksson spins.
It’s quite aggressive by Fredriksson to go for this move.
But Jansson should give him more room once Fredriksson goes for it. At the time of the contact, there is a tiny bit more room on the inside, but Jansson’s trajectory looks like he is not planning to give Fredriksson room, or expecting a move.
Overall Jansson’s fault, but due to the circumstances reduced to a half penalty.
    Carl Jansson, 2 points

    Strikes:
    Fredrik Ericson - 1
    Fredrik Gehammar - 1
    Daniel Engström - 1
    Robin Johansson - 1

    Attendance:
All drivers who registered also showed up.

    RACE 1

    K. Larsson vs. Hagelin, Lap 1, 2 and 3, Turn 1
Hagelin taps Larssons car 3 times in a row. Larsson can save the car each time, and only loses minimal time, but Hagelin really should be more careful. Similar offenses in the next race will lead to a penalty.
    Warning - Karl-Johan Hagelin

    RACE 2

Nedev vs. Öberg, Lap 1 T1
Öberg brakes too late, hits Jakobsson into Nedev, who spins.
The braking point from Öberg was far too optimistic, he was approaching the corner faster than the leading car while being in the pack on lap 1. Therefore the penalty is doubled.
    Johnny Öberg - 8 points, 2 strikes

    Nedev vs. Sandström, Last Lap
Into the final corner, Sandström goes up the inside of Nedev. It is a late move, but Nedev leaves the door open and even has a small wiggle, so we think it is a legitimate attempt by Sandström. When Sandström is alongside coming up to the apex, holding to the right side, Nedev comes over to the right and they make contact. Nedev spins. But Sandström cannot be blamed in this situation.
    No action

    Strikes:
    Johnny Öberg - 2
    Fredrik Ericson - 1
    Fredrik Gehammar - 1
    Daniel Engström - 1
    Robin Johansson - 1

Hagelin vs. Åberg, Lap 1, Turn 7

Åberg brakes quite early for turn 7 and goes for an early apex. Hagelin taps him, and Åberg spins. The contact is light, and Åberg is going for such an early apex that he aims for a bit of grass, which contributes to him spinning. But Hagelin should have still been more careful, especially after receiving a warning in the previous race.
    Karl-Johan Hagelin, 4 points, 1 strike

    Strikes:
    Johnny Öberg - 2
    Fredrik Ericson - 1
    Fredrik Gehammar - 1
    Daniel Engström - 1
    Robin Johansson - 1
    Karl-Johan Hagelin - 1

    Attendance:
The reason for Daniel Engström's absence was accepted. Otherwise all drivers who registered also showed up.

Standings will be updated soon, and then Porsche Sweden will send the invites!
