ok i have no idea what type this is ,,POT or something else
    so is it cleanable

    other solutions DIVIEW
use it to recalibrate your pedal so it reaches full throttle before it reaches the juderzone
in game throttle upper dead zone lower it until the issue dissapears

It's a known problem with thrustmaster pedals. You have to clean or replace the potentiometers.

    Another question from a noob
    I have an calibration tool
I just clean the pedals and it seem good when i look at the Tool.
Must the problem come back and i set the dead zone lower can i drive normal and is the distance from 0,0 to 100,0 % input a shorter way

I have a set of t3pa pro pedals around here somewhere, the potentiometers were not the most reliable and needed cleaning from time to time. I eventually upgraded to pedals with hall effect sensors for the clutch/gas and a load cell for the brake, they need no maintenance and generally last forever. Thrustmaster just released a new version, with hall effect sensors for the clutch/gas and a load cell for the brake, that are reasonably priced.
