Problems with Simbin Support

    This is ridicolous, no support for 3 months, money taken, no VRP poins added, no refund, all tickets set as resolved without touching it.

    Are there no money in your steam wallet ? Before an update in December, money was put on your steam wallet and then you bought VRP with.

    Unfortunately no. No steam wallet, no VRP, nothin. I even contacted steam support several times, they say the money is already at the application owner, I must contact the vendor-support. Which I did with the above results.

    There were actually 2 transactions, 1 of them was successfull, other disappeared.

    Hello arnonkj,

    After SimBin went bankrupt there was a fairly long period when the support was not monitored. That built up quite the backlog which I've been trying to work my way through now since we came back to the office a few weeks ago.

    I'll go and find your ticket in our system. It has a bad habit of resolving issues that have been left unanswered, so it would not have been visible to me as a open ticket when I started.

    That was fantastic Hannes! Thanks in advance. You have the ticket numbers above, I opened a new ticket today with transaction details.

    Hi Aronkj,

    I just responded to your ticket. Unfortunately the system had closed your previous tickets.

    We found the failed transaction and reimbursed for you. I also added additional vRP's as an apology for the delay.

    Dear Guys, this is really an end to my 3 months struggle. Thank you for your quick and prompt response, very much appreciated. Sorry if I was upset, main thing is I'm really happy now :)
