Resolved Purchase Problem

    Hey,
    on May 15th I bought a car in the In-Game shop with money from my Steam Wallet.
    Steam sent me a confirmation E-Mail and the money got taken from my wallet, however Raceroom's receipt shows 0€ as a total for the transaction. In-Game the transaction-history shows nothing.
    I made a ticket a few days ago in the HelpDesk but I didn't get a response so far.

    Is it normal to wait so long for the HelpDesk?
    Is there something that can be done about it?

    Do you have vRP in your Raceroom account right now? Maybe the transaction got stuck at that point.

    You should try asking on their Discord, you'll probably get an answer faster there.

    The vrp are not in my account and there is no transaction recorded from Raceroom. I asked in the Discord and someone said i should try it here
