About one week ago I bought the Group C pack for $11.96 (1099 vRP), however when I opened RaceRoom the cars were still locked with the purple buy now labels. I have sent 2 tickets to Helpdesk and still no response from them. I tried validating the game files, logging out of RaceRoom/Steam and the cars are still unavailable. I should note that when I accepted the purchase on Steam I got "502 Bad Gateway", But the money was still deducted from my wallet, and nothing shows in my transaction history on my RaceRoom Account.
Update: Never mind, I got my Refund from Sector 3 today, gonna try and purchase vRP's thru the RaceRoom store instead.
