Problem Purchased FR2, but not showing in my owned content

    Alright so, after looking into it this fine morning, we found that it might be related to the massive user cache issues Steam services suffered from and some transaction callbacks never happening, so here's what you need to do if you had a failed transaction and had money taken with not content to show for it.

    - Create a helpdesk ticket at http://support.raceroomracingexperience.com/index.php/
    - Make sure to provide the following details:
    --- R3E account login email
    --- Screenshot of the Steam transaction history

    Then we'll make sure to fix this for you.
    I took care of the helpdesk tickets that were already present there.

    Wonderful news Chardon, you missed my ticket but to be fair it didn't contain the screenshot. Remedied that now. Thanks again.

    I logged 2 tickets, not one was resolved or responded to. I created them on Tuesday, 22 December already.

    I purchased it twice because everyone was playing it so I did what I had to do, so I need a refund.

    I updated the tickets - both of them - with email and Steam transaction history.
