I have the dedi-server set to standing start but the multiplayer server information show rolling start. I notice this in the last 6 weeks when I set up the server.
The game is okay when in qualifying it is standing start. I know it is not a game problem issue, I was wondering if this was noticed.
Forgot to post about on here but a few weeks ago i noticed something similar on one of the ranked servers (maybe gt4 at laguna seca). The server information showed a rolling start for quali but when actually driving it was a normal standing start
If it's a rolling start quali then it's private and standing is all quali together, which is different than a rolling start, which is self explanatory. So you can have a rolling start quali with standing start race. It's not worded very well in the dedicated server options.
Yes it would be clearer to label it "no out lap" qualifying or "private". It´s the one you want on by defaut at Macau or the Ring!
