Hey Scout since Robert did an awesome job as a regisseur at twb, I thought about using more cameras then just dash, tv etc. I know I can use the cameras while pressing a key on my keyboard. But there 2 main problems: 1st) for the helicam i need to press the button twice or something like this. This obviously looks stupid. 2nd) you can use portfowarding instead of using a streaming server to make sure that both commentators have same informations on their screen. This only works while switching cameras in your webinterface. Means if I want to change to actioncam, my 2nd commentator may wont know it.

3rd bonus point is. I think lots of people dont know the possibility of those specials cams. Would you like to add buttons for all special cameras?

Hey @Thomas Bienert, congrats on TWB! I have reported this internally again to see if some traction can be gotten on this. It will be a straight forward change for me to add once the game exposes the possibility to select individual trackside cameras, so hopefully this might happen soon. I'll keep you posted.

Btw I was wondering since the last api changes if it is possible to track pedalusage, tyre temperature and stuff like that? I mean you can use it for personal HUDs couldnt it be used for spectators as well? I just love to see this stuff in any motorsport broadcasts like F1. Why not in esports.

Edit: Same thing I was thinking about a little minimap you can switch on and off. Like the old big one. Just in small. There is so much stuff you can talk about. Like on Qualy how dense the track is. In Endurance races how far away blablabla

Is there a possibilty to see more details in time when you race in multiclass
For example is to see the special events in raceroom the porsche is only showing the difference in laps between the leader

There's an option to show the time relative to the car ahead rather than the leader.

It's already a setting in this overlay. The broadcaster just needs to turn it on if they want. ;)

Great work on this mate, it's an excellent broadcasting tool. A couple of questions, if I may.

First, how to I change the Logo Overlay image, replacing logo-overlay.png in the widget folder no longer does anything. - Nevermind, found out I had to restart the tool in order to get the changes to show up.

Second, how do I set which theme is loaded by deafult? It always looks for Raceroom-Red but I want to point it to my own custom theme.

    Thanks in advance! :)

The in-game HUD already has the trackmap. It's also movable now, so you can slot it in somewhere amongst all the WebHUD elements quite nicely.

The standard trackmap does not differentiate among classes .
Has anyone created an overlay which tells us what the classes are by colour?

This overlay HUD is for broadcasting and I think it does show multiclass from what I recall. If you are looking for a single player HUD, then you will need to check elsewhere as this overlay is only for spectating.
