Hi Since Tuesday RaceRoom will no longer start. When selected I get to the advertising screen with the dots moving across the base of the screen then after about 5 minutes I get a message saying Error 503 Backend service unavailable Check back later However I have been trying for the last 2 days! Once or twice I got into the game, selected single player then I get the loading screen with the dots moving across the base of the screen but no further. Please note my internet is working fine for all other games, ACC, MSFS, 2020 etc but race room is a no go for me since Tuesday night NZ time. Thanks in advance if you can help. Best wishes Bob
hi your the second nz guy who has this issue in the last day or so can you mention your isp can you try running through a vpn can you check your router hasnt had an update sorry for no direct solution , but need a tad more info i have asked the devs too Andi
Hi Thanks for the reply By ISP do you mean the provider which is Spark. I don't have a VPN or fully understand what one is I don't believe the router has been updated Should I try turning it of and restarting? Its very late at at night hear so I will try turning the router of in the morning if you feel it would help. However nothing at my end has changed Race Room simply stooped working when I tried to get it going on Tuesday nigh to join an online race. I have been trying since to get it to go Thanks Bob
