Yeah, a car that sat in a garage for an HOUR is going to win the race...! Unreal.

That is, if it can finish...

So yeah, 1 lap to go and GTs definitely stole the show. All the hybrids proved was that they're unreliable. Buy V8's. :p

In my heart, LMP1 died. Jackie Chan deserved the overall. ;)

But yeah, good show by Porsche to fight it back up and get the overall.

Oh his tire flew off. Perfectly normal

This isn't funny actually. The fact that he managed to hit a truck (and there were bystanders nearby!) shows the FIA have learned nothing from Jules Bianchi's death. It's unbelievable that there was just an open road from the track to an open busy street nearby. And from the outside of a turn no less!

Well, its seriously upsetting that people don't want to see reality. Hamilton braked on a straight today and we are supposed to not believe what our eyes saw. Of course, Vettel ramming him afterwards was stupid but nothing would have happened without Hamilton throwing the rulebook and the race code of conduct into the trashbin...

But they "investigated" the telemetry and found he did not "break test" Vettel. Apparently him slowing down after accelerating out of the turn was a sophisticated optical illusion.

BTW how is a break test seen in telemetry? I mean, I know how a break looks like, but "break testing" implies intent. Did they run telemetry of Hamilton's brain? If they're going to lie to protect their cash cow, at least do it right.

IMO Hamilton is setting the pace he wants, the one behind has to follow/adapt. I watched the incident so many times and I don't see Hamilton "brake checking". He just wanted some more space between himself and the SC, since he was struggling to keep the tires on temperature.
But in any case Vettel's action afterwards was totally out of place and not worthy of a world champion or any (F1) driver. He should have gotten a black flag and some points on his license.
10" stop and go penalty was ridiculous.

3 points on his license.;) Not enough in my opinion, loss of points as well would be best, regardless of if your racing or under safety car those actions are totaly unacceptable in ant form of motorsport.

    Not enough. Absolutely correct.

Such a rude behavior should be penalized much higher. Dangerous driving under SC Phase. Absolutely no go.

Even though i am a Ferrari-fan, this is not acceptable! It is like giving someone an elbow in football..
Especially since Hamilton merely slowed down which is his legal right..

Seb can be happy with only 3 penalty-points and 10sec drive through..

If i had the decision it would have been a suspension for at least 1 race!

I don't understand this excitement. I'm not even sure, Vettel rammed Hamilton deliberately. It looks like a mishap.
If this had happened 30 or 40 years earlier? No one would have cared.
So what, no one was hurt.

    A mishap?

Driven under yellow beside the leader (nearly overtaked him), taking both hands from the wheel?

    OK, a mishap.
