My first thought was : console games ? And indeed it seems that there's only racing game you can find on consoles. Don't think further Edit: even if they put FM6: Apex witch is PC only.. FM6 on XBox One is not "Apex" AFAIK. But they may have made the mistake.
Sebastien Loeb Rally, Trackmania, Ride 2 (lol), MXGP, WRC 6 (sorry Jay)... this isnt really a very strong list for best racing game to start off with. And then they also include a demo as best racing game of the year... k
May have something to do with when they were released? Looks like most of those are new this year or at least new to specific platforms. Or it might have something to do with how heavily RedBull are advertised within the game?
Who cares about these stupid polls .You know for yourself what is good for you. For me the best racing games are RaceRoom and Automobilista ,but this is just me , so who cares , hehehe
On the flipside, like it or not, how the game is marketed and perceived affects the end product for the user. The more recognition and therefore sales the game gets, especially one in ongoing development, the more likely well get those features and content were after.....as well as keep the game active at all. So I hear you, it seems kinda silly to be bothered at all, but for the sake of R3E, it would be nice to see them getting more recognition and accolades.
