You have to watch closely in the replay video [which I can't seem to work out how to upload - sorry] but you'll see on one of the GT3 cars both it's visible wheels stop rotating but it continues around the corner anyway (Arena Turns 4-5 / Silverstone Grand Prix). It was lap one so several cars were cutting the corner slightly. Just a visual bug methinks. I've replicated it several times.
I realised you don't need video anyway!!! You can (just) see below that the wheels on car 777 are not rotating whereas the wheels on care 13 are. Car 777 did all of turns 4-5 (Arena) without rotation of it's inside wheels. The car may be quick but I don't think it was on two wheels all the way (although might have been?). Not a big issue at all, just a small bug to squash at some point in the future.
