Problem Sepang unplayable due to stuttering

    The game always stutters everytime i drive around Sepang. This has never happened to me before it was buttery smooth when I drove around Sepang yesterday, I did not download anything or mess with raceroom files

    Cpu:Ryzen 3 2200g
    Gpu:Gtx 1060 6gb
    Ram 8gb 2666mhz
    Storage: 1tb 7200rpm
