Just finished another steering wheel for my collection. This time it's a Porsche 911 Cup GT3 wheel based on a Fanatec Porsche rim in suede. Button box is 3d printed in carbon PLA filament, based on a design I found on pinshape.com. Sticker for the front came with the button box files, as well as the magnetic paddle shifter. Button labels are made with my Brother laber printer. As you can see, the buttons are allready assigned to change the engine mapping. Thanks S3S!!! On the backside is a 3d printed adapter attached to match the True Quick Release made by "Peter Makes Things" on YT.
I finally have a place that I call my own, that means I finally can dedicate space for a proper simrig and move away from desk simming. The room still needs decorating, and the rig proper cable management, but it's working and it is more than I could ever wish for
When we moved to our new house and I had use of the integrated garage to do whatever I want with it was the same. Heaven. No more makeshift racing setup. Enjoy! And thank you for your continued work on secondmonitor.
My G25 was replaced because I wore all the teeth of the gears, built a new gear set from scratch, and proceeded to burn those off too. Lots of Rally, lots of GTR (2,3,EVO and WTCC). Have a 27 now, my cockpit is just a bunch of 2x4s screwed together with an old BMW 325 seat. It works, but there is a reason it is under my basement stairs (it is ugly).
Nice setup! If the monitor wasn't on I'd swear you had no cables at all, that's some seriously clean cable management!
@heppsan would you recommend the SHH shifter? I'm looking for an affordable H pattern and the choice seems to be one of those or a modded TM shifter.
its his recommended entry level shifter, i have it aswell and its great (but i have only shh, compared to rvr 50 different shifters )
