Question Sim Racing System after Join the Race Login problems

Hi all
On the Sim Racing System i Join the Race and Raceroom start, and then this Popup Screen open it. (See attachement). I Click the ok Button and Raceroom Starts, but the Race did not start.
I have only the default Raceroom Screen.
What is wrong?
