Her is the fix you need to get RRE running in Sim Comm 4, as posted by Darin Gangi on the Sim Experience members forums.

With the recent patch to Raceroom, they have added a 64 bit executable (exe). To get Sim Commander to recognize this new exe, you will need to add it to the game settings in Sim Commander. To do so, launch Sim Commander, then go to Control Center > Settings > Games and then click on Raceroom.

Under "Advance" you will see the "Wait On" box with RRRE.exe. After RRRE.exe enter a comma and then add RRRE64.exe like the image below. Launch Raceroom from Sim Commander and you should have all your SimXperience functionality again.

I have been away from the forums and game for a bit so sorry if this is a double post.

    Happy Racing
    Matt,

Thanks for postings this. I was looking for hours to bring Sim Commander and Raceroom together. Now I need another few hours to configure my wheel with it ^^.

This used to work but the latest update broke it. SimCommander launches tR3E but does not detect the game has started.

    先日の更新後に作業を停止しました。
    Sim Commanderのフィードバックはなくなりました。
    公式の修正を待つ必要がありますか?

    他のシムは正常に機能しているため、RRReの問題だと思います。

Any suggestions on this issue? I have the latest updates from Feb 2020 but Sim Commander does not recognize the game as having started and/or hangs at "Waiting for game to start".

Do you have the latest update from a couple of days ago, working fine here.

Yes I do. This problem has happened before when R3E get updates and usually fixes itself. This time I have been unable to play it properly for a couple of months now.

If I point SimCommander to where the game is installed (same place as all other SIMs) I get an error and it won't launch. If I point it to where Steam is installed (C drive) it launches fine but SimCommander does not recognize it has launched, when I exit R3E it's non responsive. I'm at a loss here.

If your game store folder is outside of the steam folder can cause issues, i had to move mine back into it get SC to recognise my games. Anti virus, windows defender\firewall maybe blocking. Give SC & RR Admin priveleges, just a few thoughts.
completely uninstall SC, reboot and reinstall, could be a redistributable error.
