so buddy bought in r3e store adac 2014 pack which contains nurburgring , in steam there is legends dlc which he wants but how does he get discount for nurburgring as it is a steam pack ? In store vrp credit added to account or nothing too bad ? Second options seems harsh as buying track twice ?
    Thanks for answers

No, when you buy on steam you don't get discount for things you already have.

Steam store and the in game R3E store are entirely different platforms really. Steam cant possibly take in game purchases into account, it would just be far too massively complex.

The packs on Steam seem to be more for people completely new to the game to entice them to download the game and start out with some content... since you cant really buy the in game content until you already have the game installed.

Nice little intro packs really. Dont look too much into it though, the best deals are always in game if you wait for the 50% off sales, and couple that with a vRP purchase from the Raceroom Store.

If Lord Gaben blesses us with sales, it is sometimes worth to get DLC on Steam, even with overlapping content. I got DTM2013 really cheap some time ago.
